As of August 1, 2005, Looseleaf Software is closing its doors for business of all kinds. Please see the FAQ below for details.

Why is Looseleaf doing this?
The President of Looseleaf, Bob Balaban, has taken a job at IBM. Bob will be a Senior Consulting IT Specialist in the Business Transformation Team, part of the IBM Software Group.

Will Looseleaf still be available for consulting services?
No. But we will be happy to recommend other highly qualified consultants to you.

Can I still buy Looseleaf's software products?
Some of Looseleaf's products have been acquired by other companies (see below), and you can buy directly from them.

What about ScriptExpander and Pool Manager?
ScriptExpander and Pool Manager are still looking for new homes. Email if you're interested in either or both.

What about SnappShot?
SnappShot (chat logging for Sametime) continues to be available from SNAPPS

What is happening with the Looseleaf Forum and 3CInterop?
The Looseleaf forum has been taken over by The Penumbra Group, and is available here.

The 3CInterop forum continues without change at its original location.

Bob will continue to participate in both forums.

What is happening with Dogwood Software?
Dogwood has also closed its doors. Dogwood's software products, including Dogwood SitePublisher, have been acquired by Karen Hobert's company, Top Dog.

Can I still access the free downloads on the Looseleaf site?
Yes, click here to go to the original Looseleaf home page, and from there you will find various tutorials and other downloads.

What if I have other questions, or want a consulting recommendation?
You can still email Bob Balaban.
